This Publicity Release signifies that the National High School Mock Trial Championship, Inc. (“Organizer”) and host organization (“Host”) of the National High School Mock Trial Championship (“Event”) have been given permission to use photographs, videos, and other materials containing your image, likeness, name, or other identifying information (“Materials”) arising in connection with the Event for educational and/or promotional materials and publications, in both print and online (the “Purpose”). All Materials used will be portrayed in a positive manner.
By participating in the Event, I understand that I am agreeing to the terms of this Publicity Release for the Purpose and waiving any rights of compensation or ownership to any Materials.
